Wade began serving as Senior Pastor of FBC FWB in 2018. Originally from Perry, Florida, he and his wife, Claire, have been married for 28 years. They are the proud parents of four children. Wade has a degree in Business Administration, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry. He came to FBC from Hernando, MS where he planted a church and pastored it for 16 years. Wade has a heart for the nations and a focus on missions.

Jared, a Georgia native, joined our staff  in 2020.  He and his wife, Hope, have three daughters. Jared has served as worship pastor, pastor to students, and as children’s pastor in previous roles.  He is passionate about seeing students live out the Great Commission and becoming disciple making disciples.  He earned a BA in Religion from Luther Rice and is currently pursuing a  MDiv at Southern Seminary.  He enjoys working with wood and metal and spending time with his family.

​Trenton is a Floridian, originally from Kissimmee Florida. He earned a BA in Ministry from The Baptist College of Florida and his MDiv from Southeastern Baptist Theological seminary. Trenton and his wife Courtney served with The International Mission Board for seven years and he brings that same passion for church planting, missions, and the lost to our church staff. Courtney and Trenton have been blessed with three children. He enjoys BJJ, coffee, and a good book.

A Florida native, Josh acquired his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida, a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY, and a Master in Biblical Counseling from Midwestern. He is married to Kiki, and they have two boys and a girl. Josh started at FBC in early 2015, and has held various roles.  Josh enjoys fishing, reading theology, fixing vintage electronics, and playing guitar.

Daniel is a Florida native and serves as Worship Pastor at FBC FWB. Before serving here, he and his family traveled across the country as a Christian concert artist and served as a Resident Artist at FBC Atlanta with Dr. Charles Stanley and at FBC Jacksonville. Each Sunday, Daniel leads worship alongside the Worship Choir and Band, inviting the congregation to joyfully encounter the Lord through song. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Angelia, and they have two children. In his free time, Daniel enjoys traveling, cooking, great coffee, and good food.

Scott moved a lot growing up, but mainly called Louisville, KY, home. He earned a B.S. At Virginia Tech and a Master of Divinity at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Scott joined our staff in 2026 when he retired from the Air Force after 21 years of service as a chaplain, where he had the privilege of ministering to service members and their families around the world. Prior to joining the USAF, he served as a hospital chaplain resident for a year, then pastored a church for 5 1/2 years in South Carolina. Scott and Marsha have been married for 32 years and are blessed with four adult children.
