We are [RE]SOUND Student Ministry of First Baptist Church of Fort Walton Beach. We have [RE]SOUND every Wednesday night from 6:30 to 8:00 in the LOFT. Come early and hang out in our game room featuring an XBOX 360, a Wii, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and a pool table. Have a great time listening to our incredible band led by Matt Brown and teaching from our Student Minister, Jeff McDonald. On Sundays we have AXIS from 9:45 to 10:45 am. The high schoolers meet in the LOFT and the middle schoolers meet in the Oasis. Then join us again Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm for [re]verb small-group study in the LOFT.

Our desire is to reach teenagers along the Emerald Coast and prepare them for a journey through life that is built on a love relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our strategy for discipleship is to provide relevant environments for purposeful ministry.

Missions & Student Leadership

Students serve others and use the talents and gifts they’ve been given.

We reinforce all of this through camps, retreats, conferences, concerts, and other fun Events.

The Youth Ministry of First Baptist Church, Fort Walton Beach is for all students in 6th through 12th grade. We currently have an incredible group of teenagers who are regularly involved in weekly Bible Studies, retreats, trips, and mission projects, and we have an incredible group of adults who lead the way.
