*Fitness Classes are $2 per class or $1 for Sr. Adults.  If you choose to take Totally Fit and Stretch Pilates back to back it’s $3 for both classes.

Pilates

A class designed to stretch and tone the muscles in your body while increasing your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Totally Fit

This class incorporates cardio training and some light weight training to keep you totally fit.

Stretch & Relaxation

This class focuses on stretching and breathing exercises to increase physical and mental flexibility.

Senior Adult Fitness

This class is designed to keep you toned and fit, increase your flexibility and incorporate some light cardio-vscular workout.

Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythems and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

Step Aerobics

Cardio, cardio, cardio.  This class focuses on aerobic health that is the key to weight loss and a strong heart.
